Besides your physical health, dancing also makes you more confident, through the willingness to dance in the open without worrying about any judgments. In addition to improving your physical health, dancing also improves your social health. Dancing is also a great way to meet new friends through social groups, clubs, or parties.

Dancing has been known to help keep people grounded. When you’re out there on the floor, it’s just you. You’re expressing yourself and emotions otherwise hidden. Ultimately, my favorite part of dancing is the ability to do it with friends. No matter the setting, the feeling of having a good time with those around you is special; it’s definitely a bonding experience. Even being able to share a dance with someone you love forges a deeper and stronger bond.
